Client Services Intern – 540617
Description
In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical telephone and hands-on support to internal customers on software and/or hardware products and services. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and providing technical assistance following established procedures and guidelines
- Responsible for routing more advanced problems outside of established guidelines to appropriate personnel or hardware vendors; Assignments are semi-routine in nature; Work performed within generally defined parameters
- Responsible for some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems; Normally receives general instructions on most work.
- Responsible for training customers on new products
Qualifications
You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team or independently with little direction
- Proven experience in dealing with customer issues and building and/or managing customer relationships
- A strong presentation and communication skills and should be able to become proficient with new applications and technologies quickly
- English skills are required to be able to deal with our customer base in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and META
- Knowledge of IT systems (desktops, laptops, Microsoft* operating systems and Microsoft* Office* products, communications and networking) and business processes would be an added advantage
